  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of Services
  • Grant reasonable access to your systems, personnel, and facilities as needed
  • Timely review and approve deliverables, designs, and milestones
  • Pay all fees and expenses in accordance with the agreed payment schedule

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KLE PROFESSIONALS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of our Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
